It would be great if everyone can just make edits & track changes directly in the latest version of the proposal on dropbox, which is ProjectProposal_v5. (I'm open to ideas though if this approach seems problematic.)
The deadline of Monday, June 6th before 6pm works for me. We will be doing a group review/edit session on June 6th, so we can go through and approve/reject everyone's changes as a group during the meeting. If all goes to plan, I will spend time next Tuesday doing a final review of the document (to catch typos that may have slipped past us, ensure formatting still consistent, etc.) and then we can hopefully submit final draft by at least Wednesday, June 8th.
